We are a family owned and operated transportation company, jointly owned and operated by co-owners Michael Melanson and Andria Hill-Dunn. Together we have extensive experience in various healthcare sectors.

Michael, an Army infantry veteran and licensed practical nurse, has over 8 years in geriatric nursing and skilled nursing facilities across Roanoke County and surrounding areas. This experience provided him the opportunity to see the need for additional options for non-emergency medical transportation across the southwestern communities of Virginia

Andria has held various member service positions with a major insurance company for over 8 years. She used her experience and knowledge to become a specialist in resolving complex Medical and community needs for people across the country on various insurance plans. Her experience also highlighted a gap in consistent transportation needs that inspired her to start this endeavor with Michael.

Our understanding and unique experiences have helped us identify the critical need for reliable and consistent transportation services, especially across the Roanoke area and surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide dependable, customer-focused service, ensuring that our community always feels secure and well-cared-for during their journeys. Using a door-to-door model instead of a curb-to-curb model, like many other local fee for service transportation companies, we can help further ensure safety for our community members.
